1. Description of Contest/Promotion.

A. DATE OF CONTEST: 11-09-15 to 12-11-15

B. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF

WINNING. Void where prohibited.

 

C. HOW TO ENTER:

Listen on-air to Cat Country 98.7.

 

D. HOW TO PLAY:

Beginning 11.09.15 Cat Country 98.7 / WYCT will feature four contest events on each weekday

that is a business day. During contest events listeners will be invited to call Station’s contest lines

(850.430.1987) when they hear the “cue to call” and be the ninth caller. The ninth caller will win $100.

 

E. ELIGIBILITY

This is a local contest sponsored by Cat Country 98.7, and it has no connection to any other

organization.

The contest is open to all Cat Country 98.7 listeners 18 or older who live in the immediate

Pensacola listening area. To be eligible to receive grand prize, contestant must be able to

prove legal residence in one of the following counties: Escambia, Florida – Santa Rosa,

Florida – Escambia, Alabama – Baldwin, Alabama —Mobile, Alabama – Okaloosa, Florida. Only one winner per

household.

F. PRIZE Checks of $100 (one hundred dollars).

All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable.

To claim any prize, winner must provide government-issued photo ID that Station will

make a photocopy of, come to the Station’s business office at 7251 Plantation Road,

Pensacola, Florida, 32504 during office hours and complete the eligibility forms, Station

waiver and release forms, and an IRS W-9 form.

Payment will be in the form of Station check which will be mailed to the winner’s legal residence

address within 30 business days of eligibility proof.

Enter your name and information in the registration box at the Pensacola Interstate Fair located at the Cat Country 98.7 booth, during fair operating hours or at the ADX business office located at 7251 Plantation Road, Pensacola, Florida 32504 during normal business hours Monday thru Friday 10/22/15 – 11/01/15 or on line at catcountry987.com.

D. HOW TO PLAY

Enter official contest entry form with all information complete into the registration box. Daily Prizes will be awarded from combined prize entries. The Grand Prize winners will be announced on the air on Monday, November 2nd and contacted within 3 business days using information from completed entry form.  If unable to contact the first eligible winner, another will be drawn and contacted in the same manner until an eligible winner is located.

E.  ELIGIBILITY

C.  HOW TO ENTER

Listen to Cat Country 98.7 for the Cue to Call.

D. HOW TO PLAY

Review “seating chart” at CatCountry987.com.  Be the 9th Caller at 850-430-1987 when you hear the cue.  Pick 2 available seats from the “seating chart” and you will win 2 tickets to Bubba’s Bash (Real Tickets are not related to the “seating chart” for the contest).

E.  ELIGIBILITY

This is a local contest sponsored by Cat Country 98.7, and it has no connection to any other organization.  The Contest is open to all Cat Country listeners 21 or older who reside in the terrestrial reach of the WYCT 98.7 signal.  Winners may only win one (1) prize for the duration of this contest.

Any prizes not awarded due to ineligibility of contestant are returned to the Station for reuse.

2 tickets to Bubba’s Bash featuring Rascal Flatts at the Pensacola Bay Center on October 24, 2015.

All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable.  To claim prize, winner must come to the station during the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday trough Friday, within 30 days after winning, and provide government-issued photo ID and that Station will copy for file. After identification procedure and forms are satisfactorily completed and eligibility confirmed, winner may claim their prize. Catty-Oke Rules

1.     No purchase necessary. Purchase does not increase odds of winning.

2.       Must be 21 or older to enter

3.       Sign ups begin at 6p (and continue until there are 20 contestants) on Thursday September 24th,  October 1st , October 8th, and October 15th at the Sandshaker.

4.       The first 20 people each night to sign up will choose a song (via Karaoke book)(or bring their own) and the song choice must be a country or southern rock cover.

5.       The performances will be in a random order beginning at 7p.

6.       Immediately following the performances, the judges will choose the top 3 performers that will move on to the finals at the Pensacola Interstate Fair on October 22th. 

7.       An audience vote will be taken at the end of each Cattyoke night at The Sandshaker via tickets that the audience members (over 21) will be given as they enter (until 7p).  Immediately following the final Cattyoke performance, ticket holders will be allowed to place their tickets into voting pods representing each contestant.  The audience favorite will be decided by who has the most tickets in their pod.  If the audience favorite matches the judges favorite, then the top three performers will move on.  If the audience favorite differs from the judges favorite, then four performers will move on.

8.       Catty-oke contesting will happen every Thursday through October 15th. The semi finalists will perform on the open air stage at the Pensacola Interstate Fair on October 22nd.

9.       All participants agree to allow WYCT/ADX Communications to use their voice and likeness to promote contesting.

10.   Employees from other media outlets are not eligible to participate.

11.   Catty-oke contestants can not  have any of the following agreements in effect (written or oral):

· a contract for talent representation (for example, a talent agent or manager);

· a current music recording contract;

· a current agreement relating to the use of your name, voice and/or likeness;

· an exclusive acting contract; or

· any other contractual arrangement that would prohibit you from fully participating in the show and/or entering into any contracts required by Producer, including an exclusive management contract, recording contract and merchandising contract.
