CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS
The specific rules for this Contest written below are in addition to “Cat Country 98.7 General Contest Rules” dated 09.24.2014. If there is a conflict in language, these specific rules will govern.

B. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. Void where prohibited.

All eligible participants can register online at CatCountry987.com. Bonus entries are awarded for sharing this contest with friends on Facebook and on Twitter. A random winner will be chosen at 8:50am on Friday October 16, 2015.
E. ELIGIBILITY
This is a local contest sponsored by Cat Country 98.7, and it has no connection to any other organization. The contest is open to all Cat Country 98.7 listeners who live in the immediate Pensacola listening area. a. At least one (1) participant must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. NO EXCEPTIONS. b. A parent or legal guardian must accompany any trip participant under eighteen (18) years of age. c. No parent or legal guardian may leave anyone under eighteen (18) years of age alone (or in the care of anyone else) at any time, event, venue or in the hotel. To be eligible to receive grand prize, contestant must be able to prove legal residence in one of the following counties: Escambia, Florida – Santa Rosa, Florida – Escambia, Alabama – Baldwin, Alabama – Okaloosa, Florida.
F. PRIZE- A pair of tickets to Pensacola Beach Art & Wine Festival happening October 18th and a two night stay at a two bedroom condo on the beach from Resort Quest that can be used anytime. Prize value: $750
All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable. To claim any prize, winner must provide government-issued photo ID that Station will make a photocopy of, come to the Station’s business office at 7251 Plantation Road, Pensacola, Florida, 32504 during office hours and complete the eligibility forms, Station waiver and release forms, and an IRS W-9 form.
