‘CAT COUNTRY 98.7 Alexa Echo Dot Giveaway and Brett Young Flyaway

CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

 

The specific rules for this Contest written below are in addition to “Cat Country 98.7 General Contest Rules” dated 05.01.18  If there is a conflict in language, these specific rules will govern.

  1. Description of Contest/Promotion.

 

  1. DATE OF CONTEST: September 3-2018 – September 14-2018

 

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. Void where prohibited.  Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants.

 

  1. HOW TO ENTER

 

Listen to Cat Country 98.7 and register online at CatCountry987.com or through social media.

 

  1. HOW TO PLAY

 

Part 1 -Each weekday at approximately 7:20am, 9:20am, 11:20am, 1:20pm, 3:20pm, 5:20pm and 7:20pm, listen for the cue to call.   When you hear it be the 9thcaller at 850-430-1987 to win an Echo Dot.   To win the Echo Dot you must correctly give the command to have Alexa play Cat Country 98 7 (“Alexa, Play Cat Country Ninety-Eight Seven”).

 

Part 2-To qualify for the Brett Young Flyaway to Nashville on Oct. 10.  Post a picture or video of you enabling the Cat Country 98 7 skill on your Echo Dot (It can be one you already have). You may post it publicly on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram with the Hashtag #PlayCatCountry987 or you may upload it directly at CatCountry987.com  A winner will be drawn from all Qualifiers on Friday morning September 14, 2018.

 

 

  1. ELIGIBILITY

This is a local contest sponsored by Cat Country 98.7, and it has no connection to any other organization.  The Contest is open to all Cat Country listeners who reside Escambia, FL, Escambia, AL, Santa Rosa, FL, Baldwin, FL, Okaloosa, FL.

  • At least one (1) trip participant must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of the trip. Minimum age for 2ndparticipant is thirteen (13) years of age. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • A parent or legal guardian must accompany any trip participant under eighteen (18) years of age.
  1. Due to delays in the online streaming of the Station’s broadcast signal, listeners to the online stream may not be able to participate in or may be disadvantaged in participating in on-air contests. Entrants are encouraged to listen to the Station on-air. The Station is not responsible for online streaming delays.

Any prizes not awarded due to ineligibility of contestant are returned to the Station for reuse.

  1. PRIZES

An Echo Dot.

Grand Prize: Trip for two to Nashville to see Brett Young.  PLUS, HOTEL AND AIR FARE.

All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable.  To claim prize, winner must come to the station during the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday, within 30 days after winning, and provide government-issued photo ID and that Station will copy for file. After identification procedure and forms are satisfactorily completed, winner may claim their prize. If prize is cash prize will be sent to winners mailing address no later than 30 days after prize is won. The station’s business office is at 7251 Plantation Road, Pensacola, Florida.
