Leonardo DiCaprio is playing hard to get for lawyers who want to grill him under oath in connection with a lawsuit filed by a former associate of fraudster Jordan Belfort who claims he was defamed by the film “The Wolf of Wall Street.”
Andrew Greene, who was on the board of directors of the infamous brokerage firm Stratton Oakmont, contends that the movie character called “Rugrat” is based on him and is depicted as a “criminal,” “drug user,” and “degenerate.”
Greene was never criminally charged by the feds in the massive boiler room scheme that fleeced investors.

New Jersey newlyweds got an unexpected gift at their wedding reception: a performance by Taylor Swift. Taylor played a stripped down version of her song Blank Space at Max Singer and Kenya Smith’s reception (in Long Beach Township) on Saturday as amazed guests looked on and sang along. Taylor agreed to attend after getting a letter in April from the groom’s sister. She wrote about how her brother was a huge fan and how he and their ailing mother had danced to Taylor’s song after the newlyweds were married in a hospital room. The groom’s mother died shortly thereafter. Taylor had contacted the groom’s sister and they planned the surprise visit.

One of the “Sons of Anarchy” and a ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle‘ teamed up for a real life rescue mission — pulling a guy from an overturned car … TMZ has learned.
‘SOA’ star Tommy Flanagan and Alan Ritchson — Raphael from the latest ‘TMNT’ movie — were headed to the Houston airport on Sunday after a comic con event … when they saw a truck blow a tire and flip across the highway.
The driver of the wrecked truck, Jonathan Elder, tells us the actors rushed to pull his unconscious brother out of the passenger seat. In a scene straight out of an action flick … he says ‘Raphael’ and ‘Chibs’ used a crowbar to free his bro right before the truck caught fire.
BTW … the guy driving Tommy and Alan to the airport is a military vet who provided medical assistance until emergency crews arrived. Tommy took a pic with him after the incident.
Talk about a dream team.

Justin Martin — who co-starred with Zac Efron in ‘High School Musical 3‘ — will be locked up for 18 months after pleading guilty to 5 gun charges … TMZ has learned.
The Suffolk County D.A.’s office tells us Martin appeared in court Tuesday for sentencing. In addition to the jail time … he also got one year probation, during which he has to lay off drugs and booze and stay away from the scene of the crime.
As we reported back in July … Martin ran away from cops in Boston and pointed a gun at officers before he was chased and captured. He pled guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon, illegal possession of a gun and ammunition, carrying a loaded gun and firing a gun near a building.
Martin avoided a stiffer penalty — the D.A. was gunning to lock him up for 3 years.
