CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

The specific rules for this Contest written below are in addition to “Cat Country 98.7 General

Contest Rules” dated 09.24.2014. If there is a conflict in language, these specific rules will

govern.

1. Description of Contest/Promotion.

A. DATE OF CONTEST: 11-09-15 to 12-11-15

B. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF

WINNING. Void where prohibited.

 

C. HOW TO ENTER:

Listen on-air to Cat Country 98.7.

 

D. HOW TO PLAY:

Beginning 11.09.15 Cat Country 98.7 / WYCT will feature four contest events on each weekday

that is a business day. During contest events listeners will be invited to call Station’s contest lines

(850.430.1987) when they hear the “cue to call” and be the ninth caller. The ninth caller will win $100.

 

E. ELIGIBILITY

This is a local contest sponsored by Cat Country 98.7, and it has no connection to any other

organization.

The contest is open to all Cat Country 98.7 listeners 18 or older who live in the immediate

Pensacola listening area. To be eligible to receive grand prize, contestant must be able to

prove legal residence in one of the following counties: Escambia, Florida – Santa Rosa,

Florida – Escambia, Alabama – Baldwin, Alabama —Mobile, Alabama – Okaloosa, Florida. Only one winner per

household.

F. PRIZE Checks of $100 (one hundred dollars).

All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable.

To claim any prize, winner must provide government-issued photo ID that Station will

make a photocopy of, come to the Station’s business office at 7251 Plantation Road,

Pensacola, Florida, 32504 during office hours and complete the eligibility forms, Station

waiver and release forms, and an IRS W-9 form.

Payment will be in the form of Station check which will be mailed to the winner’s legal residence

address within 30 business days of eligibility proof.
