CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

The specific rules for this Contest written below are in addition to “Cat Country 98.7 General Contest Rules” dated 09.24.14 If there is a conflict in language, these specific rules will govern.

1. Description of Contest/Promotion.

A. DATE OF CONTEST: 01-18-16 through 02-12-16

B. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants.

C. HOW TO ENTER

Using Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram write a love letter to your special someone using no more than 140 Characters. To be included in the contest you must use the hashtag (#) LoveTweets2016. You may also upload a picture of your valentine.

D. HOW TO PLAY

Write your love letter and include the hashtag #LoveTweets2016. 3 finalists will be selected on February 11, 2016. On Friday February 12, 2016 Brent and Candy will draw a winner from 1 of the 3 finalists.

E. ELIGIBILITY
This is a local contest sponsored by Cat Country 98.7, and it has no connection to any other organization. The Contest is open to all Cat Country listeners 18 or older who reside in the terrestrial reach of the WYCT signal.

Any prizes not awarded due to ineligibility of contestant are returned to the Station for reuse.

F. PRIZES

Various prizes.

All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable. To claim prize, winner must come to the station during the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday trough Friday, within 30 days after winning, and provide government-issued photo ID and that Station will copy for file. After identification procedure and forms are satisfactorily completed, winner may claim their prize. If prize is cash prize will be sent to winners mailing address no later than 30 days after prize is won. The station’s business office is at 7251 Plantation Road, Pensacola, Florida.

1. Description of Contest/Promotion.

A.  DATES OF CONTEST:  The Contest will begin 1/25/16 and end on or about 2/5/16.  The Contest dates may be extended at the sole discretion of Station management.

B. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING.  Void where prohibited.  Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants.

C.  HOW TO ENTER

Register to Win. Register online at catcountry987.com, stop by one of two Cat Country 98.7 van hit locations to be announced on-air). Fill out and submit Cat Country 98.7 contest registration slip. Registration Slip must be completed in its entirety including birthday.

D. HOW TO PLAY

Enter online at catcountry987.com or fill out a registration slip at one of two Cat Country 98.7 van hits. There will be a random drawing from all registrations collected by a Cat Country 98.7 official. Winner will be contacted by using contact information provided on registration.  If winner cannot be contacted within one (1) business day an alternate name will be chosen until winner is identified.

E.  ELIGIBILITY

This is a local contest sponsored by Cat Country 98.7, and it has no connection to any other organization.  The Contest is open to all Cat Country 98.7 listeners at least 18 years old.  Winners can win prize no more than one (1) time each thirty (30) days. Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents and at least 18 years old as determined by the Company and reside in the Pensacola Total Survey Area (TSA). Only one (1) entry per person. Only one (1) prize allowed per household for each Contest in every thirty (30) days. Employees of the Company, the Contest’s participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as in-laws, or by current or past marriages, re-marriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related. Any prizes not awarded due to ineligibility of contestant are returned to the Station for reuse.

F. PRIZES

The Prize(s) that may be awarded to eligible winner(s) is one case of Pepsi, food for twenty people from Wing Zone to be delivered by Brent and Candy from The Cat Pak Morning Show, and Big Screen TV from Baber’s. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable.  To claim a prize, winner must come to the Station’s business office 7251 Plantation Road, Pensacola, Florida during the hours of 8:15 am to 5:45 pm Monday through Friday, within 30 days after winning, and provide government-issued photo ID that Station will copy.  Winner must complete the eligibility forms, Station waiver and release forms, and IRS W-9 form.
