CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS
The specific rules for this Contest written below are in addition to “Cat Country 98.7 General Contest Rules” dated 05.01.18 If there is a conflict in language, these specific rules will govern.

1. Description of Contest/Promotion.
A. DATE OF CONTEST: 05-07-18 through 05-18-18
B. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants.
C. HOW TO ENTER
Listen to Cat Country 98.7 at 9a, 11a, 1p, 3p, and 5p for the specific Text keyword. Then text that keyword to 850-430-1987 in the next 10 minutes.
D. HOW TO PLAY
When you hear the Keyword you will have 1 hour to text it to 850-430-1987. All valid entries received in the 1 hour time frames will be entered to win a CMA FAN FEST Dream Trip of a life time. On Friday 5/18 at about 530p Moose will draw a winner.
E. ELIGIBILITY
This is a local contest sponsored by Cat Country 98.7, and it has no connection to any other organization. The Contest is open to all Cat Country listeners who reside Escambia, FL, Escambia, AL, Santa Rosa, FL, Baldwin, FL, Okaloosa, FL.
a. At least one (1) trip participant must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of the trip. Minimum age for 2ndparticipant is thirteen (13) years of age. NO EXCEPTIONS.
b. A parent or legal guardian must accompany any trip participant under eighteen (18) years of age.
c. No parent or legal guardian may leave anyone under eighteen (18) years of age alone (or in the care of anyone else) at any time, event, venue or in the hotel.
Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Promotion administrator.

Due to delays in the online streaming of the Station’s broadcast signal, listeners to the online stream may not be able to participate in or may be disadvantaged in participating in on-air contests. Entrants are encouraged to listen to the Station on-air. The Station is not responsible for online streaming delays.
Any prizes not awarded due to ineligibility of contestant are returned to the Station for reuse.
F. PRIZES
1 JD Haas Dream trip of a Lifetime for 2 to the CMA FAN FEST in Nashville from June 9-11th which includes: 2 tickets to various concerts. PLUS, HOTEL AND TRANSPORTATION AND AIR FARE.
All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable. To claim prize, winner must come to the station during the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday trough Friday, within 30 days after winning, and provide government-issued photo ID and that Station will copy for file.After identification procedure and forms are satisfactorily completed, winner may claim their prize. If prize is cash prize will be sent to winners mailing address no later than 30 days after prize is won. The station’s business office is at 7251 Plantation Road, Pensacola, Florida.

Wednesday, May 9, 2018 (Pensacola) – Last Prize Standing 2018 was a fun Cat Country 98.7 Station Contest that took on a whole new meaning when Dana Minchew claimed her $5000 Savings Account at Central Credit Union. It started with 102 possible prizes on a grid. One by one 100 prizes where eliminated, leaving only 2. Each time a prize was eliminated that contestant became a qualifier for the drawdown at Bob Tyler Toyota on Sunday, May 6th. At the end of the drawdown the last ball in the hopper belonged to Dana Minchew from Pensacola. She made the $5000 Savings Account at Central Credit Union the Last Prize Standing. She explained that she choose the savings account because her 1.5 year old daughter had recently been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and that she would use the money to offset medical expenses in the future. Today, she arrived with her daughter Cora to claim her savings account. What she didn’t know was that an anonymous donor heard her story and called and offered to match her prize winnings. Cat Country 98.7 presented Dana with her winnings and then surprised her with the additional check. She said she was speechless.
