Arts, Culture & History

Ballet Pensacola — A Holiday Classic Restored
The grant will help refresh The Nutcracker with new costumes, scenery and lighting equipment. This will help preserve a holiday tradition for future audiences.

Pensacola Children’s Chorus — Driven to Sing
A 15-person vehicle will help children access chorus programs. In addition, portable risers and an outdoor sound system will support more free performances in the community. The transportation initiative is expected to serve up to 65 children per week.

Education

Naval Aviation Museum Foundation — Flight Adventure Deck: Elevating the Future
Upgraded flight simulators, computers, classroom technology and furniture will help modernize the Flight Adventure Deck. As a result, the upgrades will connect middle school STEM lessons with real-world aviation.

Santa Rosa Education Foundation — Little Red School House: Expanding Access, Increasing IMPACT
The foundation will expand its teacher supply depot with classroom supplies and facility improvements. Additionally, a trailer will be equipped to bring supplies to remote schools.

Pensacola MESS Hall — Moving Science After School
Transportation, staff and classroom equipment will help expand hands-on after-school science experiences for 200 elementary students. There will be an emphasis on children who are currently underserved.

Environment & Recreation

Keep Pensacola Beautiful — Moving Beyond Trash
Two pickup trucks will support tree planting, tree canopy restoration and invasive species removal. This work will include neighborhoods with the greatest need.

Pensacola and Perdido Bays Estuary Program — Stories from the Bay
A new vehicle, two short films and support for launching an Oyster Festival will help expand environmental outreach. In addition, the project highlights the Pensacola Bay Oyster Restoration Initiative and Carpenter Creek Restoration Program.

Family

Pensacola Habitat for Humanity — Building Promise
Through a partnership with Family Promise of Escambia County, Habitat will build a four-bedroom, two-bath home. This home is designed to house two families experiencing homelessness as they work toward permanent housing.

Life Options Clinic — Parenting Education and Resource Building
Pregnancy Resource Center, which operates as Life Options Clinic, will construct a 2,500-square-foot building. This will be used to expand parenting education and its resource center.

South Santa Rosa Interfaith Ministries — Driving Hope for Families
An 18-foot box truck will increase donation collections for thrift store sales that help fund food, clothing, financial assistance and other essential family services. Moreover, the grant also supports vehicle expenses and part of a driver’s salary.

Health & Wellness

4EVR DEZ — Beyond the Dress
The organization will establish a resource hub for teen girls, offering mentorship, confidence-building programs and wellness support. Furthermore, furnishings and a delivery van will help expand outreach to underserved communities.

Health and Hope Clinic — Expanding Access to Dental Care
A 400-square-foot addition will create two dental suites and supporting spaces. This will help the clinic expand free dental services for uninsured adults and reduce its patient backlog.

The Seven Project — Pedaling Beyond Limits
Two Functional Electrical Stimulation cycles will expand adaptive fitness opportunities for people living with paralysis, spinal cord injuries and other neurological conditions. The project also includes 50 introductory cycling sessions.

Local Women Making a Lasting Difference

IMPACT 100 Pensacola Bay Area President Martha Holden said the record membership made it possible to welcome 20 finalists and select 13 grant recipients for the first time in the organization’s history.

“More members mean more opportunities to support local nonprofits, touch lives, and create lasting change throughout Escambia and Santa Rosa counties,” Holden said.

Membership is open to women age 18 and older who contribute $1,000 by March 1. The entire membership contribution goes toward grants.
