Get ready to arrive hungry! The 2026 Pensacola EggFest, presented by PenAir Credit Union, returns to the Hadji Temple on Sunday, November 15, 2026.
BBQ teams and backyard cooks from across the country will fire up their Big Green Eggs and serve an incredible variety of bite-sized dishes. Guests can sample delicious food, meet the cooking teams and help support local charities—all during one of Pensacola’s tastiest community events.

What Is Pensacola EggFest?
Pensacola EggFest brings together talented BBQ teams, backyard cooks and food lovers for an afternoon of creative cooking on the Big Green Egg.
Guests can expect an impressive selection of dishes. Previous teams have prepared brisket, Boston butt, smoked oysters, shrimp, salmon, paella, jambalaya, tenderloin, stuffed shrimp and even desserts.
It’s more than a BBQ festival. Pensacola EggFest is a 100% volunteer-led event created to turn good food into meaningful support for the community.
Since 2013, Pensacola EggFest has donated more than $1 million to local charities.
Pensacola EggFest Ticket Prices
General Admission
- $35 through September 30
- $45 from October 1 through November 14
- $55 on November 15
- Children younger than 10 are admitted free
General admission includes entry from noon until 3 p.m. and access to food samples prepared by the participating EggChef teams.
Tickets are limited, and the event is expected to sell out. Purchasing early also provides the lowest available ticket price.
Pensacola EggFest VIP Experience
VIP admission begins at 11 a.m., giving ticket holders an extra hour to meet the cooking teams and begin sampling food before general admission opens.
VIP tickets also include admission to the exclusive Pensacola EggFest VIP Dinner on Friday, November 13, from 5:30–9 p.m. at the Hadji Temple.
The 2026 VIP Dinner features an Elevated Tailgating theme. Guests are encouraged to represent their favorite college or professional team while enjoying food, drinks, entertainment, live and silent auctions, and a few surprises.

Pensacola EggFest lives by the motto “Good Food. Good Cause.” Proceeds help support organizations making a difference throughout the Pensacola community.

Want to Compete at Pensacola EggFest?
Pensacola EggFest welcomes experienced pitmasters, backyard cooks and first-time competitors.
Teams can prepare almost any recipe as long as the dish is completed on a Big Green Egg at the event. Each team should plan to serve at least 500 bite-sized samples.
A $50 donation reserves a cook team’s spot. Participating teams receive:
- Four EggFest wristbands
- Four tickets to the Friday VIP Dinner
- One large Big Green Egg to use during the event
- Charcoal and starter blocks
- One eight-foot table with a tablecloth
