CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS
The specific rules for this Contest written below are in addition to “Cat Country 98.7 General Contest Rules” dated 02/11/2021. If there is a conflict in language, these specific rules will govern.

1. Description of Contest/Promotion.

B. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF
WINNING. Void where prohibited.

C. HOW TO ENTER:
Register online at CatCountry987.com or onsite at The Pensacola Interstate Fair at the Cat Country Tent on the Registration tablets.

D. HOW TO PLAY:
All eligible participants can register online at CatCountry987.com or at The Pensacola Interstate Fairgrounds. Bonus entries are awarded for sharing this contest with friends on Facebook and on Twitter. A random winner will be chosen by Friday, November 3, 2023

E. ELIGIBILITY
This is a local contest sponsored by Cat Country 98.7, and it has no connection to any other organization.

The contest is open to all Cat Country 98.7 listeners who live in the immediate Pensacola listening area.
a. At least one (1) trip participant must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of the trip. Minimum age for 2nd participant is thirteen (13) years of age. NO EXCEPTIONS.
b. A parent or legal guardian must accompany any trip participant under eighteen (18) years of age.
c. No parent or legal guardian may leave anyone under eighteen (18) years of age alone (or in the care of anyone else) at any time, event, venue or in the hotel.

To be eligible to receive grand prize, contestant must be able to prove legal residence in one of the following counties: Escambia, Florida – Santa Rosa, Florida – Escambia, Alabama – Baldwin, Alabama – Okaloosa, Florida. No previous trip winner is eligible.

F. PRIZE

Jim’s Firearms – Hunting Box filled with Binoculars, Hat’s, Tshirts, Operator Tuff Tumbler,
Buck & Bass has Fishing Rods and a Bow,
Scott’s Outdoors only in Jay has River Edge Ladder Deer Stand, Magpul belt and a Kershaw knife,
Pensacola Motor Sports is including a gun holder and hunting storage bags and
Craker Barrel -2 Gold Cards.  
New Years Eve Flyaway concert to Las Vegas to see Luke Bryan (with air and hotel).

 

All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable.
To claim any prize, winner must provide government-issued photo ID that Station will make a photocopy of, come to the Station’s business office at 7251 Plantation Road, Pensacola, Florida, 32504 during office hours and complete the eligibility forms, Station waiver and release forms, and an IRS W-9 form.
