‘CAT COUNTRY 98.7 Lucky Limo Night Out

CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

 

The specific rules for this Contest written below are in addition to “Cat Country 98.7 General Contest Rules” dated 02-11-22 If there is a conflict in language, these specific rules will govern.

3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. Void where prohibited.  Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants.

5. HOW TO PLAYEnter all required information.  1 Winner will be randomly selected at 5:30pm on Thursday, April 21, 2022.
6. ELIGIBILITYThis is a local contest sponsored by Cat Country 98.7, and it has no connection to any other organization.  The Contest is open to all Cat Country 98.7 listeners at least 18 years old.  Winners can win prize no more than one (1) time each thirty (30) days. Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents and at least 18 years old as determined by the Station and winners must reside in the Escambia, FL or Santa Rosa, Fl.  Only one (1) entry per person. Only one (1) prize allowed per household for each Contest in every thirty (30) days. Employees of the Company, the Contest’s participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate or win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as in-laws, or by current or past marriages, re-marriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related. Any prizes not awarded due to ineligibility of contestant are returned to the Station for reuse.
7. PRIZES
   1 Limo Service from Lucky Limousine that can only be used on April 22, 2022 (Gratuity not included).
   A $100 Great Southern Restaurants Gift Card.
   2 Tickets to Justin Moore for April 22, 2022 at the Pensacola Bay Center.

All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable.  To claim prize, winner must come to the station during the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm  Monday trough Friday, within 30 days after winning, and provide government-issued photo ID which the Station will copy for file. After identification procedure and forms are satisfactorily completed, winner may claim their prize. The station’s business office is at 7251 Plantation Road, Pensacola, Florida, 32504.
