Clarifying the Vote for Governor with the Supervisor of Elections

Election Day Information

• Voting is August 18th with polls open 7 AM to 7 PM on election day.
• Early voting runs through Saturday at 10 locations, open 8 AM to 5:30 PM.

Governor Race Ballot Instructions

• Vote for one candidate in the Governor and Lieutenant Governor race (only one bubble).
• Lieutenant Governor candidates weren’t finalized at printing time, so names appear under Governor candidates only.
• Winners will announce their Lieutenant Governor pick for the November ballot.

Overvote Protection

• If you accidentally vote for two candidates in this race, the machine alerts you to overvoting.
• You can request a corrected ballot with no penalty.
