Runners, walkers and supporters are invited to help local veterans during the fourth annual Rock4Vets 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at Community Maritime Park in Pensacola.

Presented by Peoples Hospice Foundation, Rock4Vets will take place from 7 a.m. until noon. The family-friendly event brings Northwest Florida together to support veterans, hospice patients and families experiencing serious illness, grief, housing needs or financial hardship.

## Run, Walk or Support Rock4Vets

Rock4Vets is open to participants of all ages and experience levels. Community members can support the event by:

- Running or walking the 5K
- Creating or joining a team
- Volunteering
- Becoming an event sponsor
- Making a donation
- Cheering for participants along the course

Funds raised through Rock4Vets help Peoples Hospice Foundation provide hospice assistance, housing support, healthcare assistance, grief programs and other essential resources throughout Northwest Florida.

## Join the Rock4Vets 250 Crew

In recognition of America’s 250th anniversary, Peoples Hospice Foundation is inviting 100 individuals, families, businesses and community organizations to join the Rock4Vets 250 Crew.

Participants can become members by donating or raising $250. If all 100 positions are filled, the campaign will generate $25,000 to support veterans and neighbors facing hardship.

Members of the 250 Crew will be recognized on the official Rock4Vets event page as part of this community-wide effort to provide care, stability and practical assistance.

## Post-Race Celebration

The fun will continue at Community Maritime Park following the 5K. Participants and guests can enjoy:

- Live music and entertainment
- Race awards and special recognition
- Food and refreshments
